Store Here Self Storage Launches New Website With Year Price Lock
Store Here Self Storage has launched a redesigned website that allows customers to compare unit sizes and pricing options and lock in rental rates for up to 12 months when completing rentals online.
The new website, storehere.com, is designed to give customers greater flexibility in selecting storage space and managing rental costs. The platform includes an online rental tool that enables users to compare available unit sizes and pricing options before reserving a unit.
The 12-month price-lock option is a central feature of the redesign, providing customers who rent online with greater certainty about their storage expenses over the lock-in period.
The company is also maintaining its internal call center for customers who prefer personal assistance. Trained representatives can answer questions, recommend unit sizes and help customers complete rentals.
“Every customer is different, and our new website reflects that,” said Ryan Rogers, managing partner of Store Here Self Storage. “Some customers want to rent online in a few clicks, and others want to talk it through with a real person. Either way, we meet them where they are.”
The website redesign reflects the company's focus on providing multiple rental options, combining digital self-service with support from customer service representatives. Customers can complete rentals online at their convenience or work directly with the call center to determine their storage needs.
Store Here Self Storage provides storage solutions for residential and commercial customers, including a range of unit sizes, temperature-controlled storage options, online rentals and moving services. The company said the redesigned website is intended to simplify the process of finding and renting storage space while giving customers more control over their budgets.
