Storage Facility Creator LLC has opened its self storage management software to independent operators running one facility or a small portfolio. It costs $75 per facility per month with unlimited users, no onboarding fee and no contract, and the price is published on its website.

The cloud software runs in any browser. It covers tenant and unit records, monthly rent with proration, card payments and autopay through each facility's own Stripe account, a past-due list with optional automatic late fees and one-click overlock, opt-in texting and email, e-signed leases from the operator's own PDF, and a tenant portal. Storage units, vehicle and outdoor storage, parking spaces, RV sites and boat slips are managed in one system, priced per foot where that fits. Online rentals are included: operators put a rent link on their own website, and renters pick a unit, sign and pay online.
