SmartStop Self Storage Launches Art Contest

SmartStop Self Storage REIT, Inc. has announced a new art contest inviting artists from across North America to create unique, city- or region-themed designs. SmartStop will select 15 winners whose artwork best represents one of 15 designated cities or regions in the U.S. and Canada. Each winning design will be transformed into a full-size door wrap on a drive-up storage unit at SmartStop’s Ladera Ranch, California facility.

Winners will each receive a $1,000 cash prize and have their work prominently displayed in this one-of-a-kind art installation. This contest allows artists to showcase their creativity while paying homage to the rich culture and identity of cities across North America. Cities and regions stretch across 23 U.S. states and four Canadian provinces, including Miami, Florida; Las Vegas, Nevada; Southern California; Asheville, North Carolina; Toronto, Ontario; and Vancouver, British Columbia, among others.
