Pogoda Companies Awarded Two Mangement Contracts in Michigan

Michigan-based Pogoda Companies, a leading provider of self-storage management services, has announced two new management contracts in Owosso, Michigan.

National Storage–Owosso Shiawassee has 16,040 square feet of space across 200 units, which includes a mix of drive-up storage units and parking spaces.

National Storage Owosso–South Gould Street has 22,100 square feet in 134 units. Both locations feature 24-hour digital surveillance.

Pogoda now operates 71 self-storage properties in its portfolio. Both new management accounts will be rebranded under Pogoda's National Storage flag and added to the www.storagenational.com website.
