In a strategic move that highlights its rapid expansion and focus on operational excellence, Precision Global Corporation (PGC) has partnered with CubeSmart, one of the nation’s top self-storage operators, to manage four of its Texas-based properties:

• Brazosport Storage – Clute, TX
• FM 1777 Storage – Royse City, TX

As of Friday, July 25, 2025, CubeSmart officially assumes third-party management of all four sites. The collaboration marks a major milestone for PGC as it continues to scale its footprint in the self-storage sector through operational upgrades and strategic partnerships.
