Lumio Launches Website Concierge [Includes video]

AI-powered communication tools provider Lumio has launched Website Concierge, an AI web assistant that co-browses a self-storage operator’s website with customers in real time, helping them navigate the site and find information. For easy usage, Website Concierge appears as a side panel while users are accessing the site.

Website Concierge automatically recognizes each website visitor’s location and responds with unit sizes, pricing, promotions, and availability specific to that property. For operators with multiple sites, Website Concierge can search across an entire portfolio to provide customers with an options comparison. It then guides them through the reservation and checkout process including clicking buttons and navigating between pages. Rather than provide plain-text responses, the tool delivers formatted tables, unit comparisons and structured layouts designed to help users evaluate options quickly.

Website Concierge integrates with self-storage management software by QuikStor, Self Storage Manager, SiteLink, StorEdge, Storeganise, and Tenant Inc.

“The self-storage industry has seen a wave of AI-chatbot deployments over the past year, but most are general-purpose tools adapted to storage,” said Clay Jones, chief technology officer. “Website Concierge was purpose-built for this industry.
