Lockhart Storage Chooses White Label Storage as Management Partner
White Label Storage has added six Lockhart Storage Centers facilities to its portfolio, further expanding its footprint in the Southeast and reinforcing its position as one of the fastest growing third-party management companies in the industry.
“We’re proud to expand our relationship with Lockhart Storage Centers,” says Jennifer Barroqueiro, vice president of operations at White Label Storage. “Following the strong performance at Davenport, Lockhart entrusted us with the management of their additional Class A facilities in Florida, and we’ve already hit the ground running.”
White Label Storage initially launched management end of February at the property in Davenport, Fla. After strong early results, Lockhart Storage Centers expanded the partnership, selecting White Label Storage to manage all six of their facilities.
Here are the results from the first three months at Davenport:
- 210 units rented in less than three months leading to 29% occupancy
- 84% of tenants have signed on for tenant protection
- 21 5-star reviews illustrate the quality of the facility and consistent customer satisfaction
These results were driven by a comprehensive marketing and operations strategy, including Google Ads, lead generation through SpareFoot, a high-performance call center built to close leads, local SEO, and a conversion-optimized website.
White Label Storage also deployed a pricing strategy that aligned with the local market and drove conversions from day one.
The Lockhart Storage facilities are all Class-A new builds located throughout the state of Florida. The size of the properties ranges from 588 to over 850 units.
These new facilities will provide a range of options to meet the needs of customers in each respective community. For example, each facility will offer a mix of climate-controlled units, drive up units, and amenities like online payment that streamline the customer experience.
Lockhart Storage Centers, Davenport is a Class A facility with 700 units
“The success at the Davenport property is down to the combination of our proven management approach and Lockhart Storage’s quality product offerings,” said Peter Smyth, CEO and Co-Founder of White Label Storage.
“Our revenue management, digital marketing, and operations expertise make us well equipped to grow Class A facilities. We’re looking forward to helping Lockhart Storage find even more success with their new properties.”
