RV fire breaks out at Florida CubeSmart facility
A fire broke out at a CubeSmart Self Storage facility located at 12902 US Highway 301 in Riverview, Florida just before noon today. Hillsborough County Fire Rescue teams were dispatched to the site after receiving calls about an RV fire that spread to neighboring parked vehicles.
According to reporters on the scene, the fire originated from an RV and quickly spread to other vehicles nearby. Firefighters battled the blaze for about 25 minutes, and reported that in total seven vehicles had been engulfed by the flames before the fire could be extinguished.
The fire is now under investigation as authorities try to determine what started the blaze. No one was injured in the incident.
