Forge Building Company Expands Its Product Line

Forge Building Company has expanded its product portfolio with the introduction of custom-engineered steel carport systems designed for multifamily, mixed-use and commercial developments, broadening the company's integrated steel building offerings for developers.

Announced Aug. 11, the new product line is intended to help property owners enhance tenant amenities while creating additional revenue opportunities through covered parking. According to the company, the engineered steel carports are designed to improve project functionality, increase tenant appeal and support long-term property value.

As demand for premium amenities continues to rise in the multifamily and commercial real estate sectors, covered parking has become an increasingly desirable feature for residents and tenants. In addition to protecting vehicles from weather, covered parking can improve a property's appearance, increase convenience and provide owners with opportunities to generate revenue through reserved parking programs.
