Yardi to Introduce New Self-Storge Software at SSA Spring Show

Yardi®, a sponsor, presenter, and exhibitor at the Self Storage Association's 2024 Spring Conference & Trade Show, will be introducing its new Yardi Storage Manager at the event.

Yardi Storage Manager is "a powerful cloud-based facility management platform for institutional self storage operators with complex accounting and operational needs," the company said in a press release. It continues, "A suite of optional add-on modules extends the functionality of the system to include advanced marketing, stored goods protection, procurement, construction, forecasting, investment management and more."

In addition to the new platform, Yardi will also be showcasing Yardi Breeze® Premier, Yardi® Matrix and StorageCafe®.

Yardi is an Ambassador Partner Sponsor of the event and will be at booth 335 to discuss facility marketing, management and market research solutions.

Tyson Huebner, director for Yardi® Matrix®, will present the self storage national outlook on Wednesday, March 13, from 8:45-9:45 a.m. EST. With occupancy returning to pre-pandemic levels and street rates declining, attendees will learn which markets are best positioned to weather the storm and how data can help owners and operators stay ahead of the curve on operational trends and investment strategies.
