White Label Storage Launches AI Call Agent
White Label Storage has launched its AI-powered call center agent, enabling tenants to complete storage payments over the phone through a secure, compliant conversational system.
The AI payment agent is currently rolling out across the White Label Storage managed portfolio, with full availability expected across all facilities by the beginning of Q2 2026.
Payment-related inquiries represent a significant share of self-storage call volume, particularly at the start of each month. White Label Storage developed this AI payment agent to improve the customer experience and increase call center efficiency across their managed facilities.
By allowing renters to complete transactions independently, the technology simplifies and expedites the payment process while ensuring staff remain fully available for situations requiring hands-on support.
The new AI-powered system modernizes the payment experience through several key features:
● On-Demand Convenience: Tenants can make payments instantly over the phone without staff assistance. White Label expects to add 24/7 availability after the testing phase is complete.
● Intuitive, Secure Transactions: The system guides callers through completing payments using a new card or one already on fi le. During the call, tenants can securely save their payment details and choose to enroll in autopay.
● Flexible Digital Checkout: If a renter prefers to finalize their payment online, the AI can instantly dispatch a secure link directly to their device.
● Intelligent Live Routing: While automation handles the routine, human support remains a priority. During operating hours, the system seamlessly transfers complex inquiries to a live call center representative.
By integrating directly with facility management software, the technology fi ts seamlessly into existing management workflows. This automated payment support frees facility staff from manual processing, allowing them to focus fully on high-touch customer service and facility management.
Tenants can still choose to speak with a person at any point in their conversation with the AI call agent. They only need to ask. If the system senses the customer is having difficulty, it will ask if they’d like to be transferred to a representative.

The AI payment agent joins a growing ecosystem of purpose-built products White Label Storage has developed to optimize performance across its management platform. These products include RevManai, which analyzes market-level rate trends and helps White Label make more precise pricing adjustments for clients, and StorBill, a delinquency payment solution designed to streamline collections.
“As with all of our product rollouts, we evaluate new technology based on whether it improves the tenant experience or improves NOI for owners. In this case we are able to do both,” said Peter Smyth, CEO of White Label Storage. “By incorporating AI into our call center operations, we can handle more calls at a lower cost and for longer hours while providing tenants with clearer, faster access to the information they need.”
