White Label Storage Expands National Footprint
In November, White Label Storage, a third-party self-storage management company, added 14 new facilities to its management portfolio, representing significant expansion across multiple regions and property types.
The 14 properties, which have a combined total of more than 2,500 total units, are in Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. They offer a diverse mix of interior, temperature-controlled, drive-up, and parking asset types.
These additions strengthen the company’s presence in key markets and continue momentum across the South Central, Southwest, Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West regions. White Label Storage now manages more than 270 facilities across 43 states, delivering operational systems, technology, and performance-driven strategies tailored to each property.
