Warehouse Anywhere Acquires XPS Solutions
Warehouse Anywhere has acquired XPS Solutions, which will continue to operate as XPS Solutions, a Warehouse Anywhere Company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition marks a step forward in Warehouse Anywhere’s mission to deliver a higher quality,
more connected storage experience for business customers and storage operators alike.
Headquartered in Denver, Colo., Warehouse Anywhere has spent more than a decade building the national infrastructure to connect businesses with flexible storage solutions across the country. By combining that reach with XPS Solutions’ 25-plus years of live agent services, remote
management, rental support, and AI-enabled solutions, the two companies will form a more complete, service-driven ecosystem for the self-storage industry.
Together, the two organizations bring nearly 40 years of combined industry knowledge and data – a foundation that will inform smarter business placements, better operator insights, and future
innovation at the intersection of storage and technology.
A New Standard for Business Self-Storage
Warehouse Anywhere has always believed that service quality and tenant quality go hand in hand. With the addition of XPS Solutions, that belief now comes with the operational infrastructure to deliver it at scale. With the addition of XPS Solutions, Warehouse Anywhere gains a proven operational layer capable of supporting storage operators with the kind of consistent, professional, technology-enhanced tenant engagement that drives occupancy, improves retention, and strengthens the overall
performance of a facility.
For business customers, the combination means access to a storage network supported by expert call handling, seamless rental execution, and dedicated service, not just space.
“This acquisition is about raising the bar for what business storage can look like. XPS Solutions has spent more than two decades proving that experience matters in this industry. Bringing them into the Warehouse Anywhere family allows us to deliver that same standard of service at scale, serving the operators in our network and the businesses that depend on them.”
— Laura Holmes, CEO, Warehouse Anywhere
“Warehouse Anywhere has built something genuinely rare in this industry: a platform that understands the value of the business customer. For XPS, joining this organization is about being part of a bigger mission. We’ve spent 25 years proving that how you treat a tenant determines the long-term health of a facility. Warehouse Anywhere has proven that the right tenant makes all the difference. Together, we’re building something the industry hasn’t seen before — and operators who want to compete on something more than price per square foot are going to feel it.”
— John Traver, CEO, XPS Solutions
What This Means for Storage Operators
Warehouse Anywhere’s experience placing business tenants has demonstrated a consistent pattern: business customers stay longer, maintain their space with greater care, and generate more predictable, stable occupancy than consumer storage tenants. With XPS Solutions’ tenant support capabilities now integrated into the Warehouse Anywhere platform, operators can expect:
• A stronger pipeline of qualified, long-term business tenants
• Professional, round-the-clock tenant support backed by more than 100 hours of weekly live
agent coverage
• AI-enabled call handling technology, ensuring every inquiry is answered and every rental
opportunity is captured
• Reduced operational overhead through remote management, technology-driven workflows,
and integrations with more than 10 of the top facility management software platforms
• A service partner committed to the performance and reputation of every storage location in
the network
What This Means for Business Customers
For the companies that rely on Warehouse Anywhere to manage their distributed storage needs, the acquisition delivers an enhanced experience: faster response times, more consistent support, and a service infrastructure built to scale alongside their business.
What This Means for the Storage Industry
The self-storage industry has long served both individual consumers and business customers, but no single platform has connected those two worlds end to end, pairing business demand with operator supply, and wrapping both in a consistent, technology-supported experience. Warehouse Anywhere and XPS Solutions are working to define that category.
With a combined dataset representing nearly four decades of storage operator and business customer intelligence, the partnership is positioned to help operators better understand and attract business tenants, while giving businesses a simpler, more reliable path to the storage they
need. That data foundation will also shape how both organizations approach AI, product development, and industry thought leadership in the years ahead.
