Trachte Building Systems Family of Brands Partners with OpenTech
The Trachte Building Systems family of brands — Trachte Building Systems, Trac-Rite Door, MakoRabco and Renew-Rite — has announced a new partnership with OpenTech Alliance, a recognized innovator in self storage technology. The collaboration makes it easier than ever for developers and owners to incorporate INSOMNIAC SmartLock® keyless entry systems into both new builds and retrofit projects.
As part of this partnership, customers working with Trachte, Trac-Rite, or MakoRabco can now include SmartLock hardware directly in their construction or upgrade packages. This coordinated approach streamlines the design and installation process, shortens project timelines, and ensures that modern access technology is built in from the start.
For projects using Trac-Rite doors, units can be factory pre-punched for the SmartLock components — helping minimize onsite labor and installation costs. “We’re proud to partner with OpenTech Alliance to simplify the path toward modern, connected self storage facilities,” said Brad Relford, President & CEO of Trachte Building Systems.
“This collaboration allows us to deliver a complete, turnkey solution that helps our customers future-proof their investments and provide tenants with a more convenient, secure experience.”
