StorTrack Expands MCP Access To ChatGPT And Gemini

StorTrack is expanding access to its data through AI-powered workflows, adding ChatGPT and Gemini support to its StorTrack MCP offering for Enterprise customers.

The expansion builds on the platform's existing support for Claude, giving Enterprise subscribers additional ways to interact with StorTrack's self-storage and parking intelligence through AI tools they already use.

StorTrack MCP allows users to access and work with StorTrack data using natural-language prompts rather than building custom data pipelines. The company said users can use the technology to explore markets, analyze rate trends and identify key market signals within an AI-assisted workflow.

With the latest expansion, StorTrack MCP supports three AI platforms: Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.

The company is positioning the expanded access as a way for teams to incorporate market intelligence into research and analysis without requiring separate data workflows. Potential applications include researching individual markets, evaluating pricing trends and surfacing relevant insights from StorTrack's data.

The MCP, or Model Context Protocol, approach allows AI applications to interact with external data and tools. For StorTrack Enterprise customers, the integration is intended to make the company's self-storage and parking data more accessible through conversational AI interfaces.

StorTrack said the expanded functionality can give teams greater flexibility in how they access and use its data, particularly when conducting market research or analyzing rate trends.

The MCP functionality requires an active StorTrack Enterprise subscription. The company also notes that AI-generated outputs are intended for informational purposes and do not constitute investment advice, and that the AI tools do not act as fiduciaries.
