Storagely, Monument Launch Native Integration With First Portfolio Going Live

Storagely, a website and online rental platform for self-storage operators, has launched a native integration with Monument, a software platform for self-storage operators.

The integration allows Monument users to connect their facility management system with Storagely websites, with unit inventory, pricing and availability synchronized in real time. Online rentals are completed through the operator’s branded website.

Right Move Storage, a Houston-based management company with facilities across five states, is the first portfolio scheduled to go live with the integration this month.

The integration is designed to connect Monument’s portfolio-level operational and pricing capabilities with Storagely’s online rental and website platform. Monument supports operations, tenant communications, delinquency workflows, access control and GAAP-compliant accrual accounting across facilities, while its rate engine can adjust pricing based on established rules.

Storagely said the integration is intended to reduce the administrative work involved in maintaining accurate websites across growing portfolios.

Portfolio-Level Website Management

The integration includes synchronization of rate rules, unit inventory, promotions and availability between Monument and Storagely. Changes made in Monument can flow to the operator’s website without requiring separate website updates.

Storagely also highlighted its ATLAS location profile manager, which maintains facility information including hours, photos, amenities, promotions and SEO data. Operators can make changes to a facility profile from a centralized location rather than updating individual pages.

The platform also includes Google Business Profile synchronization, allowing changes to a facility’s Google profile to flow through ATLAS.

For multi-property operators, Storagely said changes can be applied across an entire portfolio, a designated group of facilities or an individual location. The company also said third-party managers can operate separate branded websites for different owners while managing them through a centralized platform.

Storagely’s FLEX website editor provides drag-and-drop editing capabilities, allowing operators to make site changes without developer or agency support. The company said website components can pull information from ATLAS and Monument so that pricing, availability, hours and promotions remain current.

Rental Features

For renters, the integration supports Storagely’s single-page checkout, which the company said is designed to streamline the online rental process. The checkout also incorporates upsells, a merchandise shop and VBP options.

Other features include an interactive facility map that allows renters to select units directly from a property layout and Storagely’s Snap Size guide, which uses photographs of a renter’s belongings or storage space to help determine an appropriate unit size.

Storagely also has been approved for Reserve with Google, enabling eligible customers to use the integration to support reservations through Google.

Right Move Storage First to Go Live

Right Move Storage already uses Storagely across its portfolio and will be the first customer to deploy the native Monument integration.

The Monument integration expands Storagely’s portfolio of native facility management system integrations. The company said it will begin accepting Monument facilities for a waitlist.
