SSA Offers Free e-Test To New Users
As an introduction, the Self Storage Association (SSA) is offering new users one free eTest administration. Designed to help self-storage operators avoid making costly bad hires, the eTest “never lies,” as outlined in the June issue of SSA Magazine.
How does SSA’s eTest work? Here’s a rundown:
- Fill out the form. Scroll to the bottom of the sign-up page, then click the “submit” button.
- Request log-in information. An email will be sent within one business day with your log-in information, instructions, and site link.
- Set up your test. Go to www.etest.net and enter your log-in information.
- Take the test. Choose your browser at any location (preferably proctored).
- Await results. Have your results within 20 to 30 minutes.
- Score the results. Results are sent via email to the owner-operator/hiring manager to be utilized for more focused and effective interviews.
- Guide the interview. Feedback is sent in a guide, consisting of: narrative description, interview questions to responses, scores placed on a good/bad fit facility scale.
