SiteWare And QuikStor Launch Direct Integration
SiteWare and QuikStor have announced a direct integration designed to help self-storage operators improve operational efficiency, accelerate unit readiness, and enhance portfolio performance.
The new integration connects QuikStor's property management platform with SiteWare's field operations software, enabling real-time synchronization of unit, lease, and financial data. The companies said the two-way data exchange eliminates manual imports and delayed synchronization processes, allowing operators to make faster decisions and improve execution across multiple facilities.
To mark the launch, SiteWare is offering all current QuikStor customers a free 90-day trial of its platform.
According to the companies, the integration enables managers to conduct property audits and site walk-throughs using live unit status information, helping identify issues such as lock cuts, overlocks, and unexpected vacancies in real time. Operators can also update unit statuses directly within the SiteWare mobile application, allowing newly rentable units to be immediately reflected in QuikStor and returned to available inventory.
The integration is also designed to streamline maintenance operations. During site inspections, managers can identify issues such as damaged gates, broken latches, or other facility concerns and create work orders directly from the field. Tasks can then be assigned, tracked, and managed through completion, providing greater visibility into maintenance activities and asset conditions.
In addition to operational improvements at the facility level, the combined platform offers portfolio-wide visibility through centralized dashboards that track facility health, maintenance activity, task completion, and operational performance across multiple locations. The companies said the enhanced visibility can help regional managers identify potential issues before they result in costly repairs or service disruptions.
SiteWare positions its platform as a cost-effective solution for self-storage operators seeking enterprise-level functionality. The software is offered at a flat monthly fee per location, with hosting and integration setup included.
The partnership reflects a broader trend within the self-storage technology sector toward integrated software ecosystems that allow operators to connect specialized tools without replacing existing management platforms. For QuikStor users, the integration provides an opportunity to extend property management capabilities with real-time field operations, maintenance management, and facility oversight tools.
Company officials said the collaboration is intended to help operators run more efficiently, reduce operating costs, improve asset performance, and ultimately strengthen net operating income.
