swivl, the AI-powered operations platform designed specifically for the self-storage industry, has announced a native integration with QuikStor that connects directly to QuikStor’s real-time API. The integration gives swivl’s AI immediate access to live facility data, including unit availability, tenant accounts, payment status, gate access information, and other operational details as soon as a customer interaction begins.

 

For QuikStor operators, the integration creates a unified system capable of managing the entire rental lifecycle — from initial inquiry through final payment — without requiring additional staff or changes to existing workflows.

According to swivl, the platform was developed to help operators close common operational gaps, such as missed after-hours inquiries, abandoned reservations, and overdue accounts that fail to receive timely follow-up.

 

The company said operators using swivl’s AI-assisted communication tools are reporting rental funnel conversion rates exceeding 30%. In the past month alone, swivl automated more than 70,000 phone calls and facilitated over 20,000 collections-related touchpoints without requiring manager involvement. One operator reportedly recovered $57,000 during the first five days of a month through swivl’s automated collections outreach.

According to swivl, more than 4,500 self-storage locations currently use the platform, including over 800 locations utilizing Voice AI. The company also reports assisting with more than 1.5 million reservations.
