MSM Accepting Entries For Facility And Manager of the Year

MSM is now accepting entries for both 2025 Facility of the Year (FOY) and Manager of the Year (MOY). 

FOY began in 1987, and has grown since then into multiple categories. This year, entrants can submit their facility in one of six categories: Overall Facility, New Facility, Construction, Conversion, Smart Facility, and International Facility. 

Winners receive a trophy and are featured in Messenger magazine (print and digital), MSM Weekly, and MSM online.

The deadline to enter your facility is August 29, 2025. And, for the first time, you can now submit your entry online! More details at the link below:

The MOY competition is newer, but just as heated! One winner and two runner-ups are chosen based on their performance, work ethic, creativity – whatever the submitter chooses to highlight! Winners receive a plaque, gift cards, and are featured in MSM publications as well.

The deadline to submit a self-storage hero is August 15, 2025!
