IREGC Promotes Lisa Morgan to Operations Specialist
YORK, PA. The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced the promotion of Lisa Morgan to operations specialist. Morgan joined IREGC as the brokerage administrative assistant in March 2022, and then was promoted to acquisitions manager in February 2023. Before joining IREGC, Morgan worked as both an administrative and an executive assistant for more than nine years.
“We are excited to promote Lisa to the position of operations specialist,” said Shaun Lewy, vice president of operations. “She has been a crucial asset to the IREGC team, bringing her strong work ethic and enthusiasm to the table. I do not doubt that she will excel in this new role, and I am excited to see what the future brings.”
In her new role, Morgan will provide administrative support to the operations team, both in the field and the corporate office. She will accomplish this by scheduling meetings, booking travel, assisting with onboarding new properties, facilitating communication between the office and the field, and performing other duties as needed. Morgan will report to the vice president of operations.
“I am truly honored to take on this new role within IREGC,” said Morgan. “Since joining the company, I have grown as a professional and met an amazing team. I am excited to serve as the operations specialist and build upon the integrity of the company.”
