FreeUp Storage announces rollout of StoreEase Virtual Tech Platform
FreeUp Storage has announced a strategic partnership with StoreEase to integrate its Virtual Technology Platform across FreeUp's portfolio, having received the first deployment of Virtual Counter® 3, the newest of StoreEase’s Virtual Management® Operating System (VMOS). Virtual Counter® 3 features an innovative, patent-pending people detection system that enhances operational efficiency by streamlining customer interactions and proactively alerting Virtual Managers to office activity.
“This partnership with StoreEase and the deployment of virtual platform represent a significant milestone for FreeUp Storage,” said Derrick Harris, VP of Operations at FreeUp Storage. “Our goal is to simplify the storage rental process and make it as seamless and accessible as possible. By combining groundbreaking technology with our unwavering commitment to customer service, we’re redefining convenience and efficiency in self-storage. We’re thrilled about what this means for the future of our industry.”
“We’re excited to partner with FreeUp Storage, one of the industry’s top operators, to advance a more efficient and customer-centric operational model," said StoreEase CEO Josh Boyd. "Every rental and service interaction counts. By delivering a consistent Virtual Manager®, extended office and phone hours, and enhanced customer service, this partnership will drive both revenue and customer experience. FreeUp Virtual Managers are leading the way in this transformative approach.”
The rollout of the new virtual technology platform began in Q4 of 2024 and will continue into 2025.
