Extra Space Announces 2026 Winners of "There’s Space for Everyone" Scholarship

Extra Space Storage has announced the recipients of its 2026 “There’s Space for Everyone Scholarship,” awarding eight $3,000 scholarships to students dedicated to fostering inclusion and strengthening their communities. This marks the sixth year the company has recognized students who are using education as a tool to create positive change.

The scholarship supports incoming and current college students who are committed to building more inclusive communities while helping expand access to higher education. Recipients were selected based on their demonstrated commitment to inclusion, community involvement, and their vision for creating a better future.

As part of Extra Space Storage’s broader environmental, social, and governance commitment, this scholarship serves as a direct expression of the company’s core values: integrity, passion, and excellence. By helping ease the financial burden for students who are actively strengthening the social fabric of their communities, Extra Space Storage demonstrates how its values are put into action and reinforces its belief that when people are truly supported, great things can happen.

This year, the company awarded a total of eight scholarships to students attending accredited U.S. colleges and universities, three of which were designated to Extra Space employees or their immediate family members. Recipients represent communities across the country and a variety of academic and career paths.
