CSSA Announces 2026 Leadership Chairs
The California Self Storage Association (CSSA) has announced its 2026 leadership, naming new officers to its executive committee and confirming its board of directors, including two newly elected members.
Executive Committee
Chairman: Nathan McElmurry, Managing Director, Ares SecureSpace
Vice Chairman: Matthew Garibaldi, CEO, Storage Star/FollettUSA
Treasurer: Steve Cobbs, Managing Director of Self-Storage, North Palisade Partners
Secretary: Tosha Giuffrida, Vice President of Operations, Derrel’s Mini Storage
Immediate Past Chair: Gary Sugarman, Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer, William Warren Group/StorQuest Self Storage

Byung Cho, Director of Acquisitions and Development, Metropolitan Investments
