Cheyenne Man Arrested For Self-Storage Thefts

The following stolen items were recovered from the unit:

  • Thousands of dollars worth of tools
  • One bicycle
  • One Hi-Point 9mm handgun
  • United States Air Force items
  • One machine used for paving

 

Footage from security cameras at the facility aided police in their investigation. The footage is said to implicate Starkey in a pair of garage thefts and an auto burglary in which a bicycle was stolen.

 
So far, Starkey has been charged with nine counts of burglary, three counts of possession of a controlled substance.
