AZSA Announces Board of Directors

The Arizona Self-Storage Association has announced its 2026 board of directors, with each appointee set to serve a one-year term.

Leading the board as president is Jeff Gorden of The Gorden Cos. Other officers include Vice President Ray McRae of Storage Solutions, Treasurer Whitney Jurjevich of Ameripark LLC, and Secretary Tarik Williams of TLW Construction.

Poppy Behrens of Modern Storage Media (MSM) will serve as conference chair/director, while Lee Starrett of Campbell Development and David Brown of Wentworth Property Company LLC were named golf chair/director and co-chair. Carol Mixon of SkilCheck Services LLC was appointed education chair/director, and Alonna Ross of Storable will serve as membership chair/director.

Additional directors include James Appleton of MiniCo Insurance Agency LLC, Anne Mari DeCoster of Investa Capital, David Grapsas of United Structural Design LLC, Korey Hanson of Argus Professional Storage Management, Jordan Mills of Crescendo Self Storage Management, and Sam Woodruff of Linden Storage LLC.

AZSSA Executive Director Amy Amideo also serves on the board.

Founded in 1996, the association represents approximately 700 member facilities owned by 320 owner/operators, along with more than 130 vendor members. The organization provides legislative advocacy, legal resources, educational programming, networking opportunities, and an annual conference and tradeshow.
