Adverank Secures Strategic Backing To Fuel AI-Powered Growth
Adverank, the AI-driven digital advertising platform, purpose-built for self storage and real estate portfolios, just announced the close of a seed investment round, led by a syndicate of 10 industry leaders representing 650+ facilities, including multiple customers, past chairmen of the national Self Storage Association, and members of the Large Operators Council.
This strategic investment marks a significant milestone in Adverank’s mission to transform how operators deploy and measure digital advertising performance, leveraging AI-powered insights to drive occupancy, optimize spend, and maximize returns at the property level.
