CBRE, Inc. is pleased to have represented the buyer, Assured Storage of Athens, LLC in the purchase of the Athens Mini Storage Portfolio. This portfolio consisted of 725 units and a total of 102,975 rentable square feet spread between three facilities.   Also included in the transaction was a parcel of land to that will house a fourth storage location.  The portfolio was approximately  98.5% physically occupied at the time of closing.
