Bill Alter and Denise Nunez of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate completed their 130th self storage sale on May 12, 2014 by representing the buyer in the sale of Broadway Self Storage in Tucson, Arizona.  The property was originally built in 1985 as a health club and converted to a three-story self storage in 2007.  It consisted of 482 climate controlled units in 30,000 square feet.  The location of the property is 6444 E. Broadway, in Tucson, Arizona.  The property sold to a limited liability company controlled by Business Property Trust of Portland, Oregon.   The seller was Broadway Wilmot Self Storage, LLC, an entity controlled by a Tucson investor.  The sales price was $1,155,000.  The building was approximately 60% occupied at closing.
