STORE Management Expands Its California Footprint
STORE Management, a third-party self-storage management company, has been selected to manage a facility at 1351 Baseline Road in Roseville, California. The property is owned by Wentworth Property Company, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm with a growing focus on self-storage.
The assignment expands STORE Management’s presence in Northern California and adds to its portfolio in the Western United States.
“We are excited to partner with STORE Management at our Roseville facility,” said David King, managing director of self-storage for Wentworth Property Company. “STORE brings a proven operating platform, deep market insight and a results-driven mindset. Their ability to execute at a high level makes them an ideal partner as we continue to scale our self-storage portfolio.”
STORE Management will oversee day-to-day operations at the facility, including revenue management, marketing, staffing, customer service and performance reporting.
“This location is a strong fit for STORE and a clear continuation of our Northern California growth strategy,” said Ashley Reyes, managing director of operations for STORE Management. “We have built our reputation on disciplined operations, accountability and consistent execution, and we’re excited to bring that expertise to Roseville. Partnering with Wentworth allows us to apply our operating model to a high-quality asset in a market where we see significant opportunity.”
STORE Management said the Roseville property benefits from strong demographics and sustained storage demand, positioning it for long-term performance under the company’s management platform.
