Storage Star To Implement FacIlIQ’s Software

Storage Star Self-Storage recently finalized an agreement to implement FacIlIQ’s software solution to help maintain its ever-expanding portfolio of real estate assets.  

Storage Star maintains more than 25,000 self-storage units in 40 plus self-storage facilities across eight different states. One of the core tenets of Storage Star is to provide customers with a premium experience by providing up-to-date, well- maintained facilities. 

In order to fulfill this promise while maintaining operational efficiency, Storage Star decided to utilize the technology developed by FacilIQ. FacilIQ’s software enables Storage Star to create a centralized data hub where vital information from all its facilities can be captured, stored, and utilized. Users from across the organization can access the information they need, and the data can be viewed in aggregate or at the individual property level. FacilIQ’s all-in-one solution not only allows Storage Star to better forecast, budget, and complete capex projects, but also manages more common R&M tasks with built in functionality for incident reporting, KPI tracking, and site audits.
