Self Storage Plus Expands Management Services

Self Storage Plus has expanded its management services into Virginia Beach, Va., thanks to a strategic partnership with Bonaventure, an integrated alternative asset management firm specializing in multifamily design, development, construction, investment, and property management.

Though the 53,048-square-foot, 568-unit, climate-controlled facility is the 68^th property in Self Storage Plus’ management portfolio, it is the first self-storage facility for Bonaventure, which manages over 6,000 apartment units across 32 communities primarily in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions.
