OpenTech Releases Free 2024 Self Storage Data Report

OpenTech Alliance has announced the release of its latest annual data white paper. The free 2024 Self Storage Data White Paper, available on the company's website now, looks at the evolution of self storage tenant behavior, ranging from rental and payment patterns to duration of occupancy and frequency of interactions. The insights have been collected from OpenTech's analysis of 820,000+ customer transactions and property utilization data extracted from the INSOMNIAC^® network of self storage technology solutions.
