Modern Storage LLC Files Suit Against Storelocal dBA Modern Storage Media

On December 20, Modern Storage Media (MSM) was served with a federal lawsuit in the Eastern District of Arkansas by Arkansas self storage operator, Modern Storage, LLC claiming trademark infringement and unfair competition.

Travis Morrow, CEO of Storelocal Media, who operates MSM said, “In the 43 years of its existence, MSM has served independent operators of the industry and it’s unfortunate that one of them has decided to enter into litigation against us.” Morrow continues, “In all of those years, MSM has never rented a storage unit to a single tenant given our role as an industry news and trade journal.”

MSM is exploring its options for its defense but cannot comment further on pending litigation.
