Marcus & Millichap Names Brown & Brown Preferred Partner

Marcus & Millichap has expanded its recently launched Preferred Partner Program through a strategic partnership with Brown & Brown, one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage firms, as commercial real estate investors increasingly focus on rising insurance costs and risk management during the acquisition process.

 

The partnership is designed to provide Marcus & Millichap clients with access to data-driven insurance indications, portfolio analysis and risk management resources aimed at improving investment underwriting and operational decision-making. Through Brown & Brown’s National Real Estate Practice, investors will also gain access to major insurance carriers and specialty markets that serve the commercial real estate sector.
