BDG Makes List of "10 largest commercial developers"
Boardwalk Development Group (BDG) was ranked the 9th largest industrial commercial developers by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for 2023.
The company develops self storage facilities throughout the Southeast. Currently, BDG is under construction on eight major self storage ground-up development and conversion projects, with the average size being 120,000 square feet.
Rajen Sheth, BDG's founder and CEO, says "With these eight projects, our current Executive Leadership Management team will have built in just two years what I have accomplished in 16 yers, in terms of the value of assets under management. Boardwalk is at a true inflection point inits business cycle. I look forward to what this team will achieve over the next three years."
