Absolute Storage Management Expands Its Portfolio

Absolute Storage Management (Absolute) has expanded its management portfolio by two properties. 

Douglasville Self Storage LLC contracted with Absolute to provide professional self-storage management services for Silo Self Storage, a new, 63,525-rentable-square-foot facility at 9081 Georgia 5 in Douglasville, Ga. It offers 451 climate-controlled units to the local communities of Marietta, Town Center, and Douglasville. The facility is officially under Absolute’s management as of Oct. 7, 2024.

Additionally, NFO Group, LLC, the owners of The Storage Place, contracted with Absolute to provide professional self-storage management services for a recently acquired facility at 800 White Point Road in Niceville, Fla. It offers 493 units totaling 65,414 rentable square feet, as well as climate-controlled options. The facility is officially under Absolute’s management as of Aug. 9, 2024.
