Storage Express has acquired a self-storage facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The 65,000 square foot facility is located on the northeast side of the city on St. Joe Center Road, off of I-69. The Company has now added eight new locations to their portfolio over the past year. This comes off of a recent and continued expansion throughout the Indianapolis-Metro area.

This facility is their first in Fort Wayne. Storage Express is eager to expand further in northeastern Indiana. Storage Express will upgrade the property with the latest generation tenant security, access control features, a 24-Hour Rental Center, and other amenities common to their portfolio.

Storage Express buys, builds, and upgrades self-storage properties across Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee and Ohio. Rentals are centralized out of the Company’s Bloomington, Indiana headquarters. Local Field Service Representatives keep all 83 locations in top-notch shape.
