Investment Real Estate Construction, LLC (IREC) announces the signing of a new contract to construct the final phase at Moove In Self Storage – Centerville in Lancaster, PA. Moove In Self Storage is located in Lancaster County, PA, off the Centerville Road exit of Route 30. IREC will design and construct a new 22,900 sq ft addition to the facility. This new addition will provide a mix of climate controlled and ambient temperature interior

units, as well as add a new office designed to meet the corporate specifications for Moove In Self Storage.  The final phase will also provide for some outside access units to be added. Several industrial tenants in the converted warehouse were vacated to make room for the remaining self storage unit fit out. Two other industrial tenants were moved within the existing structure to areas not suited to self storage use. The project will begin this month with completion scheduled for late September 2014. Moove In Self Storage currently consists of 50,000 sq ft of building space. This expansion of 22,900 sq ft will increase their facility square footage by more than a third.
