UK-Based Blue Self Storage Raises Funds For Cancer Charity

Wales-based Blue Self Storage, formerly Cardiff Self Storage, which provides container storage, has raised £20,000 (approximately $25,000 USD) for Prostate Cancer UK, a registered nonprofit charity in England, Wales, and Scotland. 

“Prostate cancer is a huge health concern affecting many men locally and nationally, and we really want to play our part in combating this disease,” says Dean Daly, operations director at Blue Self Storage. “We feel companies like ours have a duty to support local communities and this is one way that we can do that. We believe in the power of giving back, and our commitment to supporting prostate cancer awareness and research reflects our core values.”

Supporting Prostate Cancer UK is how the company honors the philanthropy of Nick Williams, the deceased founder who established the company in 1988. Blue Self Storage also supports Cerebral Palsy Cymru, City Hospice, and various other local community groups and charities.
