(SAM) has been awarded two new self-storage management contracts to kick off 2015. SAM will now manage North Point Self Storage in Dundalk, MD and Keep Safe Storage in West Haven, CT. North Point Self Storage is a 570 unit facility, featuring modern temperature controlled and drive-up units. It is located in Baltimore County, MD and is the ninth facility SAM manages in Maryland. Keep Safe Storage is a 33,280 square foot facility with 316 units.  It features both interior and exterior units as well as temperature controlled options. This is the second facility SAM manages in Connecticut.
