Bellomy & Co. (formerly The Southern Storage Group) announced the sale of Allsize Storage, a 61,825 net rentable square foot, Class A self-storage facility in Bryan, Texas. The facility, built in 2005, has 501 units and was 65% physically occupied at the time of the transaction.

Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson, and John Owens had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of The Woodlands, Texas based limited partnership seller. The team also procured the buyer, Move It Management, LLC. Move It Management, headquartered in Dallas, is a full service storage management company. It owns and operates its own facilities and it also provides facility management, personnel selection and training, construction, conversion design, financing, and marketing for its clients. Allsize Storage will be added to Move It Management’s national portfolio of more than thirty self-storage properties.
