The 12-month price-lock option is a central feature of the redesign, providing customers who rent online with greater certainty about their storage expenses over the lock-in period.
The company is also maintaining its internal call center for customers who prefer personal assistance. Trained representatives can answer questions, recommend unit sizes and help customers complete rentals.
“Every customer is different, and our new website reflects that,” said Ryan Rogers, managing partner of Store Here Self Storage. “Some customers want to rent online in a few clicks, and others want to talk it through with a real person. Either way, we meet them where they are.”
The website redesign reflects the company's focus on providing multiple rental options, combining digital self-service with support from customer service representatives.
