This business intelligence tool provides a centralized view of operational and marketing performance, allowing owners and operators to understand facility health throughout their portfolio without relying on disconnected reports or manual analysis.
It’s built to support faster, more confident decision-making by presenting essential performance information in a single, easy-to-navigate experience.
By working closely with operators across the US, White Label Storage identified a gap in how owners understand and evaluate facility performance when insights are distributed across multiple systems.
The portfolio dashboard was developed to close that gap by bringing critical data together in a way that reflects how owners and operators actually assess their business.
Rather than presenting performance data in isolated silos, the dashboard aggregates insights from platforms like Google Ads, Zendesk, StoreEdge, SpareFoot, and other operational and marketing tools into a clear snapshot of facility performance over time.
By extending visibility beyond short-term periods, owners can more easily track trends, compare performance across months and years' worth of data, and make
more informed decisions based on long-term patterns.
The dashboard includes detailed facility-level views that surface essential performance indicators such as occupancy, rent collection, delinquency trends, marketing spend, onboarding status, and call pickup performance during business hours, etc.
Owners can move seamlessly from portfolio-level insights to facility-specific data, generate and share reports, and take action on leads or payments without switching between platforms—supporting more efficient, proactive facility management.
The new product complements White Label Storage’s existing technology offerings, including RevMan ai and StorBill, reinforcing the company’s focus on building tools that support operational clarity and data-driven decision-making across storage portfolios.
This tool is currently in beta, with select White Label Storage clients already utilizing the platform. Broader availability is planned over the coming months as the management company rolls it out to more of their customers.
