White Label Storage Case Study Shows Portfolio-wide Revenue Increase

Across Packer Storage’s seven-facility portfolio, revenue increased, delinquency dropped, and the facilities have a 4.7-star average Google rating.

“We’ve taken facilities that have been operated off someone’s cell phone and a pen and paper or an excel spreadsheet and been able to onboard the facility into a property management system within a month or two,” said Torvinen. “It’s been a great experience.”
