West Coast Self-Storage has assumed management of three self-storage facilities in Southern Oregon, expanding its presence in the Rogue Valley and its coverage of the Ashland, Phoenix, Talent and Medford markets.

The facilities are Mistletoe Road Self Storage in Ashland, Pear Tree Lane Self Storage in Phoenix and South Medford Self Storage in Medford. All three properties are owned by longtime Southern Oregon business owners Mark and Maddy DiRienzo, who have been active in self-storage and commercial real estate in the region for nearly two decades.

Mistletoe Road Self Storage, located at 700 Mistletoe Road, has operated since 2007. The property offers drive-up and climate-controlled units, individually alarmed spaces, gated access and security cameras.\

Pear Tree Lane Self Storage, at 400 Pear Tree Lane in Phoenix, was acquired by the DiRienzos in 2013. The facility encompasses approximately 52,500 square feet and 300 units, with drive-up, heated and climate-controlled options, automatic gates and video surveillance.

South Medford Self Storage, located at 3071 Samike Drive, comprises approximately 133,000 square feet and 760 units. In addition to drive-up and pull-through storage, the property offers parking for recreational vehicles, boats, trailers and other vehicles.

“Adding these three facilities gives us an opportunity to expand our presence in Southern Oregon while supporting properties that already have strong ties to their local communities,” said Paul Beyer, district manager for West Coast Self-Storage. “Each location has its own strengths and customer base, and our focus is on building on what is already working while bringing the operational support, marketing resources, technology, and customer service systems that West Coast Self-Storage provides.”

Under the new management arrangement, the properties will gain access to the company’s operating platform, which includes digital marketing, revenue management, centralized sales support, employee training, accounting, human resources and customer service. Online rentals and digital account management will also be available to customers.

The additions further expand West Coast Self-Storage’s Oregon portfolio. The company manages self-storage facilities across five Western states, using regional market knowledge and centralized operational resources to support property performance while maintaining each facility’s local identity.
