Sarah Beth DeFazio, Vice President of Sales and Development at Universal Storage Group, has brought a passion project to life: The Storage Study Hall, a hub for self-storage industry education on LinkedIn and Facebook.
In a post, DeFazio says the group exists for one reason: to give self-storage professionals — owners, operators, managers, vendors, and the curious — a single place to find education, training, and the people who actually do this work every day.
DeFazio says the best way to get the most out of the platform is to:
• Drop a quick intro in the comments — name, role, market, and one thing you're working on or trying to figure out right now.
• Post questions freely. There are no dumb ones, and someone here has almost certainly solved it before.
• Share what you're learning — articles, webinars, conference takeaways, lessons from the field. This is a no-pitch zone. Helpful conversation only.
