Toy Storage Nation (TSN), a media and education brand focused on RV and boat storage and alternative storage assets, has named Aric Nissen president of its Executive Advisory Board.
Nissen succeeds Devin Beasley, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Recreational Property Advisors, who previously served as president of the advisory board.
Nissen is CEO of Baja Carports, a national provider of carport and RV and boat storage canopy systems. He brings more than 30 years of business experience spanning venture-backed startups and Fortune 500 companies, including Accenture, Restaurant Technologies, Subway and Dairy Queen.
He also has held senior leadership positions in agricultural technology,
including at Kalera, where he led global sales and marketing.
“Aric’s business background synchronizes with Toy Storage Nation’s trajectory in RV/boat storage and alternative storage assets,” said TSN President Amy Bix. “His vision dovetails with the exceptional leadership of our outgoing president, Devin Beasley, especially as we enter the new era of multidimensional storage.”
Nissen said the RV and boat storage sector is experiencing continued development activity and increasing demand, creating opportunities for operators and developers to advance facility design and operations.

Focus on Storage Development and Solar
Baja Carports has 45 years of experience in carport construction and has expanded its work into solar-canopy systems for RV and boat storage facilities.
Nissen’s background also includes renewable energy and construction, experience that supports Baja’s work in the design, engineering and installation of solar carports for RV and boat storage operators.
Nissen and the Baja team are scheduled to participate in the Toy Storage Nation Storage Redefined Masterclass in Palm Beach, Fla., on Dec. 4, 2026. The event will include a site tour of a Class A RV and boat storage facility, where Nissen and his team will discuss canopy design and solar solutions.
The Masterclass will bring together developers and investors for presentations focused on developing and operating RV and boat storage facilities and complementary assets, including flex space and truck parking.
