Storelocal StorageĀ®, a self-storage platform that provides independent owners with branding, technology, marketing, and operational support, has expanded its national footprint through a series of new facility openings and acquisitions across Texas, California, and Arizona.
The latest additions strengthen the company's presence in key growth markets and add a range of storage options, including climate-controlled units, RV and boat storage, vehicle parking, and smart-access technology. Each property joined the Storelocal network to leverage the company's marketing resources, operational tools, and customer-focused technology while maintaining local ownership and management.
Irving, Texas Facility Repurposes Former Retail Site
One of the largest additions to the portfolio is Storelocal Storage Irving in Irving, Texas, where a former Fry's Electronics building has been redeveloped into a self-storage facility with more than 183,000 rentable square feet and 1,756 units.
The property offers indoor climate-controlled storage, drive-up units, luxury enclosed RV garages with electrical hookups, and covered RV parking with power access. Customers also have access to a variety of unit sizes designed to accommodate personal, business, and vehicle storage needs.
"This project was a true collaboration between our development and construction teams, transforming an existing building into a thoughtfully designed storage facility," said Genevieve. "By integrating RV parking, drive-up access, and a wide range of unit sizes and price points, we created a space that gives customers flexibility without compromise."
California Facility Brings Class A Storage to Tesoro Viejo
In Madera County, California, Storelocal added a Class A storage facility located within the Tesoro Viejo master-planned community.
The property features climate-controlled and drive-up storage units, fully enclosed RV and boat storage, covered and uncovered parking, and Noke smart access technology that allows tenants to manage facility access through mobile devices.
Additional amenities include three gated access points, motion-sensor lighting, a wash station for RVs and boats, a sewer dump station, propane services, and 24-hour tenant access.
"In order to acclimate to the beauty of the Tesoro Viejo community, our partners went to great lengths to plan the site layout and amenities," said Randel Mathias. "We were concerned with accommodating the community, and as such, we made certain to match the building quality and to provide all of the conveniences that can be offered by a Class A self storage facility."
Storelocal said the facility combines advanced technology with operational support and customer service resources available through the network.
