SmartStop Self Storage REIT Inc. announced that Chairman and CEO H. Michael Schwartz will participate in the Public REIT CEO Panel at the 12th Annual Evercore ISI Storage Symposium on Sept. 30 in New York City.
Schwartz is scheduled to join executives from other publicly traded self-storage REITs for the panel, which is expected to begin at approximately 4:05 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time for registered conference attendees.
The annual symposium, hosted by the REIT research team at Evercore ISI, brings together public and private self-storage operators, brokerage professionals and institutional investors to discuss developments affecting the industry.
Topics addressed at the event include self-storage operating fundamentals, the transaction market and capital allocation strategies. During the CEO panel, Schwartz is expected to discuss current industry trends and the sector's outlook alongside other public REIT executives.
